نوكيا Nokia شركة عالمية فنلندية
نوكيا (Nokia) هي شركة عالمية فنلندية رائدة في قطاع الاتصالات , بدأت كشركة متخصصة في الأخشاب والأحذية المطاطية ، أنتجت أول هاتف نقال عام 1972 وقد كان لأغراض عسكرية ، وتقود نمو وتطوير هذا القطاع الصناعي المتحرك الواسع الضيق . نوكيا تمكّن الأشخاص من التواصل بعضهم مع بعض، وتصلهم بالمعلومات التي تهمهم، مع منتجات مبتكرة وسهلة الاستعمال مثل الهواتف النقالة ،الآلات والحلول للتصوير، الألعاب، الإعلام والأعمال. نوكيا تزود مشغلي الشبكات والشركات بالتجهيزات، الحلول والخدمات.
و نوكيا هي شركة مساهمة ومدرجة على لائحة أكبر أربعة أسواق بورصة. و تصنف على أنها خامس (سادس سابقا) أشهر ماركة في العالم، كما أن منتجاتها مطروحة في أكثر من 211 بلدا، إلا أن عددا غير كبير يعرف أنها شركة فنلندية.
هل تعلم أن اسم نوكيا هو اسم مدينة فنلندية وهي مشهورة جدا في فنلندا.
تعد نوكيا أكبر شركة متعددة الجنسيات في العالم إذ أنها توظف 55000 موظف حول العالم.!!
تاريخ نوكيا :
هي شركة فنلندية تاسست سنة 1865م والذي اسسها المهندس فريدريك أيديستام وكان نشاطها هو صنع الخشب والاوراق بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية بدأت الشركة بمجال الالكترونيات والاتصالات فتخصصت في الكيبل والتلجراف وشبكات الهاتف وفي عام 1967م بعد ان دخلو شركاء مع نوكيا اصبح اسمها نوكيا قروب شركة نوكيا للكيبل والالكترونيات بدأت في دفع مبالغ هائلة في مجال البحث العلمي والتطوير في اواخر الستينات Nokia DX 200 في اوائل السبعينات طورت نوكيا ساعة ديجيتال في عام 1981 صنعت نوكيا اول جهاز محمول في العالم لكن بالطبع ليس مثل اليوم فالمواصفات كانت محدودة جدا في منتصف الثمانينات صنعت نوكيا شي احدث ثورة في عالم الاتصالات وهو الGSM وهو إختصار ل (Global System for Mobile Communications) .خلال الثمانينات نوكيا دخلت عهدا جديدا وكانت استراتيجيتها ان تغطي دول المنطقة واصبحت نوكيا اكبر شركة تكنولوجيا معلومات في دول شمال اوروبا الاسكندنافية خلال التسعينات تطورت تنكولوجيا تطورا هائلا ونوكيا بدات خططها لتواكب التطور وفي مايو عام 1992 صنعت نوكيا جهاز 2100 وهو اول جهازمحمول للاتصال عبر الاقمار الاصطناعية وكانت مواصفات الجهاز في ذلك الوقت عجيبة وفي عام 1994 كانت استراتيجية نوكيا بيع 500,000 جهازلكنها باعت 20 مليون جهاز...بعد ذلك انفصلوا عن نوكيا بعض الشركاء السويديون واسسوا شركتهم اريكسون نوكيا اليوم تدير عالم التكنولوجيا في مجال المحمول والتلفون والاتصالات والـWireless

A L'origine un homme finlandais Fredrick Idestam qui il 150 ans cré sa papeterie dans le nord ouest de la finlande
Puis en 1898 l'entrprise a un tres grand succès et se lance dans un autre millieu le caoutchouc (en faisant des cablages...et meme des vetements)
En 1960 nokia se lance encore dans un autre domaine l'électronique puis dans la communication.
En 1967, l'entreprise crée des nouveaux systèmes de transmission PCM (ou MIC : Modulation par Impulsion et Codage) ce qui devient une revolution en matiere de communiacation pas cables...
En 1984 Le Mobira Talkman, premier téléphone portable lancé est révolutionnaire, en dépit de son poids imposant : 5 kilos (tout de même 4,5 kilos de moins que son prédécesseur de 1982, le Mobira Senator).
Dès 1987, Nokia se concentre sur la taille de ses téléphones et propose le Mobira Cityman, premier portable tenant dans la main et ne pesant que… 800 grammes, batterie incluse.

C'est un des acteurs majeur au sein de la téléphonie mobile et avec son slogan en anglais internationnalement connu , j'ai nommé le "Connecting people", on en oublirai presque que le constructeur est Finlandais et que cette entreprise n'a pas toujours fabriqué des téléphones.
En effet, c'est en 1865 que l'épopée Nokia démarre. A l'époque un certain Fredrik Idestam, ingénieur des mines, se lance dans une entreprise forestière, localisée au sud ouest de la Finlande. En 1898, une seconde entreprise voit le jour, la Finnish Rubber Works Ltd et en 1912c'est la Finnish Cable Works qui voit le jour.
En 1967, ces trois sociétés fusionnent et deviennent alors Nokia Corporation. Avec la Finnish Cable Works, le groupe avait déjà marqué un changement d'orientation d'activité vers le secteur des télécommunications, mais au tout début des années 1980, la holding fait acquisition d'une pléiade d'entreprise spécialisées dans ce secteur : Mobira, Salora, Televa et Luxor.
Nokia est une ville du sud-ouest de la Finlande. Elle se situe dans la région du Pirkanmaa, à proximité immédiate de Tampere.
Outre le fait qu'elle est la ville de naissance de Nokia, elle est très connue en Finlande pour abriter un des principaux spas du pays.
Nokia - the History
Nokia is known today as the largest manufacturer of mobile phones, having about 40 percent of the world market share in the second quarter of 2008. This company is even the reason why Finland is a prosperous country in which it is accounted for about 30 percent of the nation's market capitalization. But Nokia had a really humble beginning-it all started in 1865.
Nokia's Humble Beginning
In 1895, Fredrik Idestam established a wood-pulp mill, which is now known as the Nokia Corporation. It was first based in the south western Finland town called Tampere but was later relocated to Nokia town so that the company can use the Nokianvirta river. This river is believed to have better hydropower production. The river is where the company's name, Nokia, originated.
Meanwhile, at the beginning of the 20th century, Finnish Rubber Works began establishing its factories. This company acquired the Nokia Wood Mills and also acquired a company producing telegraph and telephone cables, the Finish Cable Works. The merging of these three companies in 1967 led to the creation of the Nokia Corporation.
The new company tried producing many products like papers, bicycle, car tires, personal computers, footwear, communication cables, electricity generation machineries, televisions, aluminium, capacitors, and a lot more.
Shift to Mobile Communication Tools
Nokia started producing military as well as commercial mobile radio communications technology in the 1960s. It was in 1964 when the company started to create VHF-radio with Salora Oy. The two companies started to develop mobile phones for the NMT network standard. In 1982, they introduced their first car phone called the Mobira Senator, which weighted 9.8 kg.
In 1984, the merging with Salora Oy made the company to create its telecommunication branch named Nokia-Mobira Oy. In the same year, the company also launched the Mobira Talkman, the world's first transportable phone.
Nokia introduced one of the world's first handheld phones in 1987 and this was called Mobira Cityman 900. During those days, the Cityman is one of the most light-weight phones having only about 800 g. But its tag price is approximately 4,500 Euros. Although that was very expensive, Cityman was still considered a success.
